Robin Burnham
Fundraising and Recruitment Chair
I am a father of five active children and a proud grandfather to two wonderful
granddaughters. Over the years, I’ve supported my children in Scouts, sports, band,
choir, and dance, watching firsthand how these experiences shape confidence,
character, and community.
Scouting has been a lifelong influence in my own journey. As an Eagle Scout, I had the
opportunity to explore Washington D.C. and Santiago, Chile, backpack through
Philmont, and canoe the Boundary Waters. I also lettered in cross country and track
while performing in a nationally ranked band—experiences that taught me the value of
dedication, teamwork, and perseverance.
I’ve always believed that real growth comes from experiences that connect classroom
learning to the world around us. That belief inspired me to help found the Building
Experiences Support Team (B.E.S.T.), where I now serve as the Fundraising and
Recruitment Chair.
Through B.E.S.T., I’m honored to help the youth of Baldwin gain access to opportunities
that build leadership, responsibility, and a love of discovery. I consider it both a blessing
and a privilege to play a part in empowering the next generation to explore, learn, and
grow through meaningful experiences
